Craft Emergency Relief Fund - Help for Artists in the Wake of Hurricane Ike

CERF is reaching out to the arts community to raise funds for its Disaster Relief Fund in response to the recent devastating hurricanes in Louisiana and Texas. CERF’s Disaster Relief Fund provides financial relief and other types of assistance to professional craft artists who have been severely impacted by these hurricanes.

CERF has contacted artists, businesses and organizations in the affected areas to make sure they are aware of our assistance. We will continue to monitor the situation as artists and the arts community recover from the hurricanes.

Please help CERF raise funds for the Disaster Relief Fund by forwarding this information in your communications with friends, family and colleagues and/or add it to your next e-newsletter or communication with your members.

Craft Emergency Relief Fund is committed to supporting the careers of craft artists throughout the United States. Through business and career-strengthening programs, emergency relief support, advocacy and research CERF helps professional craft artists strengthen and sustain their careers so that they can thrive and, thus, contribute to the quality of life in our communities.
