Susan Forrest, Frances Iles Named First Winners of the Penny Redmon Scholarship
The Penny Redmon Scholarship, a $250 award for classes and workshops given to a Member Artist by Popular Vote, has named its first two recipients: Susan Forrest and Frances Iles.
