Welcome Anna, New Education Coordinator
Rockport Center for the Arts (RCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new education coordinator, Anna Galluzzi, to begin June 1, 2021
Anna Galluzzi is a studio artist and educator who specializes in painting, fibers and ceramics. Originally from the Texas Hill Country, Galluzzi moved to Dallas, Texas in 2013 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017. In May 2021, Galluzzi earned her Masters of Fine Arts in painting and drawing from Texas Woman’s University, where she also taught introduction studio courses. During her time in the Dallas – Ft. Worth area, Galluzzi interned with the education departments at the Dallas Museum of Art and the The Kimbell. Galluzzi believes in the importance of diversity and accessibility in the Arts and feels that art genuinely enhances people’s lives. She looks forward to joining the team at Rockport Center for the Arts’ and is excited to be part of its growth in the years to come.
