2024 Rockport Art Festival - July 6 & 7, 2024
Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at the 56th annual Rockport Art Festival. Please fill out this Application Form, and we will get back to you soon.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE & CHECKLIST
Deadline for submission of completed application is June 1, 2024.Due by this date is:
1. Completed Food Vendor Application
2. Copy of health permit OR copy of permit application for the Aransas County Health Department
3. Booth Fee Payment
THE EVENT
Our 2024 event runs two days - Saturday, July 6, from 9 AM - 6 PM and Sunday, July 7, from 9 AM - 5 PM. Have your booth ready and open for business by Festival opening both days. Booths are to remain open on both Saturday and Sunday until 30 minutes before closing. Booth holders who close earlier than 30 minutes prior to the end of each festival day may not be invited back.
Food vendor locations are distributed throughout the festival grounds, including inside the air-conditioned main tent. Please read the rules and regulations below. If you have any questions, please contact Karen at the Art Center at 361-729-5519 or by email karen@rockportartcenter.com.
SET UP TIME
You may begin setup at 6 AM on Saturday, July 6. Unloading of vehicles or trailers must be concluded and vehicles removed from grounds no later than 8:30 AM. Vendors will be allowed to drive up to their booths to unload or unhitch trailers and must remove vehicles immediately upon unloaded. Vehicles left unattended will be towed.
