Bonnie Lou Prouty was Art Director at Rockport Center for the Arts when the very first Art Festival poster was created in 1993. Prouty, a lifetime artist who also worked as a commercial artist, returned to help design several more Art Festival posters, as well as leading workshops and exhibiting her work over the years. Now Prouty herself represents the 2013 Rockport Art Festival as the 21st Poster Artist.
Bonnie's solo show will include the original image for the 2013 Rockport Art Festival Poster, which will be auctioned at the 2013 Art Auction Gala & Dinner on July 5.
