The City of Corpus Christi's Arts & Cultural Commission will host a reception for the Ricardo Ruiz mural, "Every Question is a Key," at the Anita & W.T. Neyland Public Library on Saturday, June 27, 2009, from 1pm-3pm. Everyone is invited to attend the reception and meet the artist.
